About Us
We are a non-profit counseling group providing services in Alaska and Oregon. We believe in providing a holistic approach to counseling that is grounded in the needs of each individual client and family system. Our goal is to walk alongside you and your children to provide support and guidance in navigating the difficulties that you are facing. We tailor our approach to each child and family's unique needs and beliefs. We have confidence that through connection and restoration everyone can live a life that is thriving.

Services
We are now offering in-person appointments, as well as continuing to provide telehealth services.
One of our biggest goals is to ensure that everyone has access to therapy services, and that finances are not a barrier to seeking support. If you are in need of financial assistance, please discuss your concerns with us so that we can attempt to create a plan that fits your needs.
Insurance: We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska, as well as Oregon Medicaid (Including CHA)!!
Upon request, we are able to bill most insurance companies as an out-of-network provider.
Services and Costs
The amounts listed bellow are the rates billed to insurance companies.
We never want finances to be a barrier to receiving support so we offer a discount for self-pay clients, as well as a financial assistance program.
Initial Phone Consult (15 min)- Free
Intake Assessment (60 min)- $350
Individual/Family Psychotherapy (50 min)- $250 per session
Group Therapy (50 min)- $100 per session
We also offer supportive services for clients that qualify.
Specialty Services:
- Text-based therapy: $200 per month, ask therapist for more details
- Life Coaching: $250 per appointment
Services for Counseling Students:
- NCE prep for non-licensed individuals (30 min)-
$40 per session or $20 for current students
- Career/Education guidance: 4, 45 minute appointments at a flat rate of $400 (this fee is all inclusive and includes the initial intake fee)
We offer a discount for individuals who are in a public service field, such as police, counselors and teachers.
Please discuss any financial concerns that may prevent you from accessing services.
When do clients need to be given the Good Faith Estimate?
The law puts forth specific guidelines for when a client must be given a Good Faith Estimate.
If a service is scheduled at least 10 business days in advance, the Good Faith Estimate must be provided within 3 business days. (This is within 3 business days of the scheduling, not of the appointment itself.)
If a service is scheduled at least 3 business days in advance, the Good Faith Estimate must be provided within 1 business day of scheduling.
If a service is scheduled less than 3 business days in advance, a Good Faith Estimate is not required.
If an individual requests a Good Faith Estimate, it must be provided within 3 business days.
